At Monte Sharp, we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. However, we understand that things may not always go as expected. Therefore, we offer you the option to return any item at no additional cost to you.
Register a return
We guarantee a full refund or exchange for a different size if you return the unwanted item within 14 days of its delivery. To receive a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and not have been used or washed. If you are returning a leather wallet, be sure to include the dust bag.
To initiate a return, use our "Returns Center" system. Select the items you wish to return, either for a refund or exchange, and follow the steps online. Once your return is registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
**Steps to follow:**
- Click on "Monte Sharp Returns Center" and follow the instructions.
- Download and print the return label.
- Pack the items you want to return and place the label on a shipping box. You can use the original box or a similar one, making sure to remove any previous labels.
- Schedule a pickup with DHL or take the package to the nearest service point.
- You will receive an email once the logistics team has processed your return and the refund has been completed.
It is crucial to monitor the shipment until successful delivery within the 14-day period. In case of delays or customs issues, contact our Customer Service.
Yes, you can return any item as long as it is within 14 days from the date of receipt. Monte Sharp reserves the right to reject refunds for returns outside this period or if the returned items do not meet the original condition of sale (used, defective, etc.).
Once the package is received at our workshop, the refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days*. The refund will be directly processed to the payment method used in the original purchase. Normally, it takes 3 to 5 business days before you can see the refund reflected in your account, depending on your bank, credit card, or payment method. You will receive an initial email confirming the receipt of the package in the workshop, followed by a second email once the refund is processed.
*During the holiday season, your order may take a bit longer to be refunded.

ORDER AND SHIPPING
After completing the payment, you will have the option to select the shipping address to receive your order, which may be different from the billing address. It is important to note that our courier service, DHL, cannot deliver to post office boxes or general mail addresses.
Monte Sharp will process your order within 24 hours of receiving it, during the first available business day. We operate from Monday to Friday. Keep in mind that Italy has various holidays throughout the year.
Once the order is handed over to DHL, you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking number. Additionally, you can access this information from the DHL link.
If you need to modify the shipping or delivery information after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. It is important to note that shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed once the order has left our warehouses.
Your order can only be canceled before it is shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, you cannot do it yourself, but we can assist you. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and cancellation cannot be processed. If you have requested cancellation after the order has been shipped, you will need to return it to receive a refund.
For all shipments to or from countries not part of the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes set by the destination country. Payment of these taxes is essential to facilitate customs clearance of the order. Since it is not possible to calculate the exact amount to be paid for taxes and duties, we urge you to verify this information in your country before making a purchase.
When you purchase from monte-sharp.com, you will receive your items in a special cardboard shipping box, and your products will be wrapped in cellophane paper. Leather wallets come protected within a cotton dust bag. All packaging is made from recyclable and environmentally friendly materials. We minimize the use of plastics as much as possible.

In each item on our e-commerce, you will find a general size guide. Click on the table, and you can see the average measurements for each piece. This table can help you choose the correct size. Our sizes are based on the average measurements of European/Italian women. We also invite you to contact us to clarify any specific size doubts.
FABRICS AND MAINTENANCE
All items with the "Almond Blossom project" label are made from fabrics or leathers recovered from surplus stocks of major Italian and French fashion houses. We aim to use sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, so through upcycling, we transform these fabrics into beautiful design pieces.
Once the fabric used in some of our models runs out, we seek to use a similar fabric with the same color and composition characteristics. Remember that when you receive your order, the fabric may have a slight variation from the photo.
In the practice of fabric recovery and transformation through upcycling, it is sometimes challenging to know the exact composition of each fabric. Monte Sharp bags are made from genuine Italian leathers of the highest quality. Always store your bag inside their protective dust bag and clean them with special products for polishing original leather.
